Course duration ranges from 6 to 12 weeks, depending on the track you choose. Weekend and weekday batches are available.

Payments

We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), net banking, and select mobile wallets.

Once your payment is successful, a digital receipt will be sent to your registered email. You can also request a copy through our contact form.

Refunds are available only for eligible cases as per our refund policy. Please reach out within 7 days of your purchase and our team will assist you with the process.

Refunds & Cancellations

We offer a refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't accessed more than 20% of the course content. Refunds are not applicable for completed or heavily accessed courses.

To request a refund, please email us at support@relokisoft.com with your registered email, order ID, and reason. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

Yes, you may cancel your course within the 7-day refund window. After that, cancellations are still possible, but refunds may not be granted unless under exceptional circumstances.

Purchasing

The license you need depends on how you plan to use our content. For personal or non-commercial use, the standard license is enough. For commercial projects, extended licenses are recommended. Please check the licensing terms before making a purchase.

Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your purchased files from your account dashboard under the "My Downloads" section.

To upgrade your license, please visit the product page and select the upgraded license type. If you've already purchased a lower-tier license, you can contact our support team for assistance with the upgrade process and pricing.

Yes, you can reschedule your session up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking may be eligible for a refund as per our cancellation policy.
